Requirements:

• Graduate with good academic standing and 3+ years in BPO/Call Center
• Knowledge of Information Security and Risk Management
• Experience with ISO audit processes
• ISO Certification and MS Office proficiency preferred
• Willing to work in Alabang on a shifting schedule
