• Provide counsel on various business legal issues.
• Compose, review, and execute agreements and contracts.
• Collaborate closely with Operations.
• Ensure legal issues are recognized and addressed.

Requirements:

• Licensed lawyer with 2+ years of experience.
• Excellent understanding of corporate law and tax laws.

Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month.
