Job Description

Job Summary: The Front End Supervisor oversees total front end operations, providing prompt, friendly, courteous, and reliable service to customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in business, sales, marketing, administration, or Customer Service Management.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or food establishments handling front end operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellent customer service at the checkout.
• Effectively handle customer feedback.
• Implement control standards and processes for cash turnover.
• Accountable for front end assets management.
• Database maintenance.

Pay: Php 18,00.00 – Php 20,00.00 per month.
