Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Study job descriptions and specifications to determine job requirements.
• Attract applicants via online job sites and social media.
• Screen resumes and applications.
• Interview applicants and analyze their qualifications.
• Administer pre-employment tests.
• Schedule interviews with the Department Head.
• Discuss job offers with successful candidates.
• Validate pre-employment requirements.
• Issue IDs and employment contracts.
• Maintain employee database and personnel files.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources.
