Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Track shipments and communicate with clients about their progress.
- Coordinate shipping with customs agents for overseas deliveries.
- Manage delivery logistics and documentation.
- Handle quotes, claims, and payments related to shipments.
- Interact with logistics service providers and maintain vendor contacts.
- Review bills, invoices, and ensure timely payment processing.
- Conduct safety procedures for outbound shipments.
- Manage PEZA processing and reportorial tasks.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
– Vocational/College Graduate
– Experience in PEZA Processing is a plus
– Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
