Job Description
- Overview: As a Building Maintenance Technician at Xceptional International Services and Safety, you will ensure the upkeep and functionality of our facilities through repairs, inspections, and general maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine facility inspections.
- Perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
- Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies.
