Job Summary: The Selling Supervisor is responsible for category profitability through effective management of daily selling operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, administration, or Customer Service Management.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in store management and operations within retail or food establishments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage customer service.
• Build categories to achieve sales targets.
• Implement promotions accurately and timely.
• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
• Supervise and monitor sales support staff performance.
