Job Description
We are seeking an Online IT Support Specialist to join SgSecure System Private Limited.
Responsibilities:
- Provide online technical support via phone, chat, or remote access.
- Assist with software installations and provide training.
- Knowledge of CCTV, Door Access Control, PBX, and Network Configuration.
- Perform PC troubleshooting and basic customer training.
- Other IT duties as assigned.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM.
Salary: Starting from Php20,00.00 per month.
