Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Data Analysis and Management

  • Assist the department head in collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales data to generate reports that support business decisions;
  • Regularly monitor sales performance and progress, identify potential issues, and propose actionable recommendations;
  • Track and verify sales target completion while providing data-driven support to the sales team;
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of sales data updates and manage sales-related databases and records.

2. Departmental Support and Coordination

  • Facilitate communication between the department head and the sales team to ensure smooth execution of tasks and work arrangements;
  • Support and drive the sales team in achieving performance metrics and assist in the execution of sales activities;
  • Participate in the planning and execution of sales strategies and organize department-related documentation;
  • Respond effectively to the sales team’s operational needs to ensure seamless collaboration both internally and externally.

3. Report Preparation and Document Support

  • Design and prepare professional PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings and client proposals;
  • Regularly prepare and submit internal or cross-departmental reports, monitoring the completion of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
  • Provide assistance with writing and editing documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in all sales department materials.

4. Meeting and Task Coordination

  • Help schedule and follow up on departmental and cross-departmental meetings, ensuring proper meeting documentation and note-taking;
  • Coordinate the execution of sales plans and oversee task completion timelines;
  • Participate in the implementation of sales activities and marketing project deliverables.

5. Other Tasks

  • Support the department head with other assigned tasks and contribute to the overall growth and success of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiency in office software, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with quick and efficient data processing skills;
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a good understanding of common data processing methods and tools;
  • Excellent organizational and execution capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, proactive in work, and a good team player;
  • High sense of responsibility and service-oriented mindset, with great attention to detail;
  • Enthusiasm for the sales and marketing field, with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
