Job Description

A mid-sized company belonging to one of the big conglomerates in the Philippines is in need of dedicated and experienced one (1) Billing and Collection Manager for regular appointment. The Billing and Collection Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving operational excellence. This position is full-time requiring at least five (5) years of experience in Finance and Accounting, Billing & Collections or related disciplines.

Job Description:

  • Assist the Billing and Collection Head in managing the over-all Billing, Collections, Sales of Y Direct.
  • Coordinates with RCBC Card and other payment channel for billings and payments.
  • Process Sales accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Transmit E-Certificates of Cover to new customers who have paid first installments.
  • Efficient review of first level Claims prior to endorsement to insurance companies.
  • Ensure submission and analysis of complete and accurate reports.
  • Escalates all issues to top management and provide resolutions.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, or any Accounting related course.
  • With 5 to 7 years work experience in Finance and Accounting, Billing & Collections or and related disciplines.
  • Has experience in managing people and in developing people skills.
  • Adept in the use of Microsoft programs.
  • Has good time management skills and high-level interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically.
