Job Description
SolarMaxx Corp. is seeking a dependable HR Generalist to oversee recruitment, onboarding and exits for office and field staff; maintain HR records; monitor attendance, leave and overtime; assist payroll and statutory remittances (SS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR); ensure DOLE compliance; manage employee relations; support training; and perform office administrative duties.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; 1–2 years HR/admin experience; working knowledge of Philippine labor law; strong communication, organizational skills, and commitment to confidentiality.
- Position: Full-time, in-person. Salary: Php22,00–24,00/month.
