Job Description
Represent premium residential and commercial developments. Conduct site viewings, guide buyers through the purchase process, build lasting client relationships, and meet established sales targets.
- Requirements: college graduate or at least 72 college units completed; excellent communication; driven, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented. Sales experience is a plus.
- Full‑time, in‑person position in Alabang; reliable commute or willingness to relocate preferred.
- Compensation: competitive base pay from Php15,00/month plus high commissions, incentives, gadgets, travel perks, paid training, mentorship, flexible scheduling, WFH options, and career growth within Ayala Land.
