Job Description

We are seeking a Telesales Representative (Non-Voice Account) to generate leads and manage outbound email and chat campaigns without phone calls. Responsibilities include composing persuasive written communications, qualifying prospects, following scripts, maintaining accurate CRM records, tracking campaign outcomes, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets.

• Requirements: excellent written English, fast typing and messaging skills, familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred; target-driven, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Flexible schedule; role may be office-based or remote. Competitive commission and training provided.
