Job Description

Magellan Solutions seeks a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative based in Mandaluyong or Quezon City. You will assist customers via phone, chat, and email; resolve concerns with empathy; and uphold quality service standards.

• Responsibilities: respond to inquiries, provide accurate information, propose effective solutions, and manage complaints professionally.
• Requirements: at least a Senior High School graduate, strong communication skills, customer-focused, patient, and able to work shifting schedules in a fast-paced environment.
