Job Description
We seek a full-time, permanent Game Designer to create and document mechanics, systems, levels, missions, and progression. You will prototype and iterate with developers, artists, and producers; analyze player behavior and metrics; balance gameplay; and maintain clear design documentation. Salary Php40,00–Php70,00/month. On-site role with flextime.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s or equivalent, 3+ years in game design, strong understanding of mechanics, level design, player psychology, and prototyping; experience with Unity, Unreal, or proprietary editors; excellent communication and rapid iteration.
- Preferred: UI/UX, scripting (Lua/Python), multiplayer/live-service experience, and A/B testing or analytics.
