Job Description
We are urgently hiring Chat Support Specialists for the Sapient North Metro site. This onsite, full-time, permanent role (fresh graduates encouraged) handles non-voice customer chats by resolving inquiries, escalating issues, maintaining accurate records, and providing policy-guided information while collaborating with the team.
- Salary: Php17,00–Php25,00 plus monthly commissions
- Fixed weekends off; paid training; pioneer/easy non-voice accounts available
