Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Officer to onboard and support clients, ensuring product adoption and long-term satisfaction. You will build strong client relationships, resolve inquiries, monitor account health, coordinate cross-functional issue resolution, and gather feedback to drive product and service improvements. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree, have 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills with proficiency in CRM tools.
