Job Description
One Outsource Direct Corp. seeks a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate engagement, onboarding, market research, and employer branding. The role requires implementation of recruitment strategies, maintenance of candidate databases/ATS, compliance with labor regulations, and analysis of hiring metrics to improve processes.
- Requirements: HR background with recruitment experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Employment: Full-time, permanent; fresh graduates welcome.
- Compensation & benefits: Php17,00–18,00/month, company events, opportunities for promotion, and conversion to permanent status.
