Job Description
We are urgently hiring onsite Call Center Agents (Non-Voice) for Sapient Global Services Inc. in Metro Manila. As a Customer Support Representative (Email & Chat), you will resolve customer inquiries, update records, escalate complex issues, and maintain current knowledge of policies while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Position: Full-time, permanent; fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Compensation: Php17,00–25,00 plus monthly commissions
- Benefits: fixed weekends off; HMO covering two dependents from day one; paid leave; government-mandated benefits; 13th-month pay; retirement/life insurance; incentives; signing bonus; complimentary office coffee and snacks

Requirements
