Job Description
We are seeking a Korean-speaking Chat Support Consultant to deliver prompt, professional live-chat assistance for a cryptocurrency platform. You will address user inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and fundamental crypto concepts, escalate complex issues to specialist teams, and accurately document all interactions.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Korean and strong English communication
- Minimum 1 year customer support experience (crypto/fintech preferred)
- Fast, accurate typing, strong problem-solving skills, and availability for shift work
- Familiarity with KYC, wallets, and exchanges is a plus
