Job Description
We are seeking a results-oriented Trade Manager to develop and execute trade strategy, negotiate supplier agreements, manage P&L responsibility, and accelerate revenue growth. The role requires analyzing market and category trends, coordinating with sales and operations, implementing pricing and promotional plans, and ensuring compliance with trade policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in trade or commercial roles (FMCG/retail preferred)
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership abilities
- Fluent in English and proficient in Excel
- Proven experience managing P&L and meeting revenue targets
