Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Success Team Leader to enhance satisfaction and retention for our SaaS offerings. You will lead a team of Success Managers, define and execute onboarding strategies, and ensure measurable customer outcomes.
- Coach and develop staff, manage escalations, and monitor customer health metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to drive adoption and reduce churn.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategy and reporting.
