Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Healthcare Helpdesk Agent to provide prompt, professional support to patients and clinical staff. The role involves answering inbound calls, triaging inquiries, scheduling appointments, and documenting interactions in the patient management system.
- Requirements: excellent verbal and written communication, basic medical terminology, prior helpdesk or customer service experience, empathy, and availability for rotating shifts.
- Preferred: familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and HIPAA compliance.
