Job Description
We are seeking a Medical Operations Lead to coordinate clinical services, optimize patient flow, and support multidisciplinary healthcare teams. The role oversees scheduling, supply and equipment logistics, quality and safety initiatives, policy implementation, and cross‑functional communication with physicians and administration.
- Manage daily clinical operations and patient throughput
- Ensure inventory, equipment readiness, and vendor coordination
- Lead quality improvement and safety compliance efforts
- Develop and enforce operational policies and workflows
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field, minimum 3 years’ clinical operations experience, strong problem‑solving and leadership skills, and familiarity with EHR systems. Competitive salary, benefits, and a collaborative work environment.
