Job Description
RePhil Station Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Assistant to support procurement operations by monitoring inventory, identifying purchasing needs, and ensuring timely delivery of orders. The role involves researching and evaluating vendors, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate internal records of order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
- Perform market research on pricing trends and prepare cost analyses.
- Negotiate favorable terms and maintain organized records of invoices and contracts.
- Follow up with suppliers to confirm or adjust orders and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure products arrive in good condition.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Work Location: On-site.
