Job Description

We are seeking a Non-Voice Chat Associate to handle customer inquiries via chat and email. Responsibilities include delivering timely, clear written responses, performing basic troubleshooting, logging cases, and escalating complex issues. The ideal candidate is fluent in written English, types quickly and accurately, is comfortable with chat platforms, and demonstrates strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. A high school diploma is required; prior customer service experience is preferred. Flexible scheduling, computer literacy, and keen attention to detail are essential.
