Job Description
We are seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to lead our e‑commerce fulfillment, inventory control, and last‑mile delivery operations. The role requires optimizing warehouse layout, managing carriers and vendors, implementing KPIs, and driving cost and delivery speed improvements.
- Responsibilities: demand forecasting, process standardization, WMS/TMS oversight, carrier negotiations, and cross‑functional coordination with customer service and supply chain.
- Qualifications: 5+ years in e‑commerce logistics, strong analytical and leadership skills, experience with WMS/TMS, and a results‑driven mindset.
