Job Description

We are seeking a Purchasing Staff member to manage procurement and support daily operations. Responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating prices and terms, issuing and tracking purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to forecast needs, resolve supplier issues, and ensure adherence to company policies.

• Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• At least 1 year of procurement experience; strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/inventory systems; detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
