Job Description
Tender Lover Food Corp. seeks a Front Supervisor to lead front-of-house operations in Makati. You will supervise servers and cashiers, ensure prompt and courteous service, monitor POS transactions and cash handling, and maintain dining flow and cleanliness. The role includes assisting with staff training, scheduling, inventory, and coordinating with the kitchen to ensure order accuracy.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate (hospitality or business diploma preferred)
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in restaurants or fast-food
- Strong communication, leadership, and POS system knowledge
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Full-time, permanent, in-person. Salary Php19,00–20,00/month. Benefits include employee discount, paid training, performance incentives, and advancement opportunities.
