Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition and employer branding. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage full‑cycle recruitment, maintain the applicant tracking system, and build strong partnerships with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience. Key responsibilities include workforce planning, reporting recruitment KPIs, mentoring recruiters, and continuously improving hiring processes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recruitment experience, strong stakeholder management, a data‑driven mindset, knowledge of ATS and labor law, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion is essential.
