Job Description
The Hiring Hub seeks a full-time Sales Associate (Promodiser) to increase in-store sales and maintain merchandising excellence. Responsibilities include coordinating with buyers, suppliers, and distributors to manage pricing, quantities, and deliveries; creating compelling displays and store layouts; tracking inventory, promotions, and markdowns; and fostering customer and channel relationships. Applicants must not have an active iTIME account and should possess at least one year of sales experience. English proficiency is preferred. This in-person position offers a starting rate of Php695.00/day and benefits such as flextime, promotion opportunities, pay increases, and potential conversion to permanent employment. Candidates are expected to monitor retail trends and execute merchandising strategies that align customer expectations with company objectives.
