Job Description

The Store Operations Supervisor will lead daily operations at The Pantree Modern Cafeteria, ensuring exceptional food quality and customer service. Responsibilities include supervising shifts, enforcing cleanliness and food-safety standards, managing staff schedules, overseeing inventory and POS transactions, responding to customer inquiries, and reporting operational performance to management.

• Required: food-service or café experience, demonstrated leadership, clear communication, and strong problem-solving skills
• Must be able to multitask, manage teams, and maintain a customer-focused attitude
• Full-time, on-site role. Salary: Php21,00–Php23,00/month. Benefits: paid training and opportunities for pay increases.
