Job Description
AspiraGlobal seeks a tech‑savvy Chat Support Representative to deliver professional written customer service via live chat and messaging. Responsibilities include timely responses, basic technical troubleshooting, CRM updates (Zendesk/HubSpot/Freshdesk), escalating complex issues, and achieving response and satisfaction targets. Candidates should have at least 1 year of chat support experience, excellent written English, CRM familiarity, strong multitasking skills, a customer‑first attitude, and availability for shift work.
