Job Description

High Tech Smart Solution invites qualified candidates to apply for a full-time, on-site Collection Team Leader for our Pasig account. The role requires supervising and motivating a collections team, overseeing daily operations, driving collection targets, preparing performance reports, and ensuring regulatory and company compliance.

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in collections
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Must be based in or near Pasig; immediate availability preferred
