Job Description
Anc+ Group is seeking a full-time, in-person Service Advisor at the Ford Balintawak office. The Service Advisor will deliver professional, customer-focused reception and care by documenting customer concerns, vehicle details, service history, and warranty status; completing vehicle checklists; initiating repair orders; and providing accurate price and time estimates with confirmed customer approval.
- Schedule workshop workload and assign technicians; prepare parts requisitions.
- Monitor repairs for quality, recommend additional work and secure approvals.
- Close repair orders with quality inspection and invoicing; report daily repair metrics.
- Support cross-selling of parts and services and conduct vehicle handover discussions.
