Job Description
Spectrum Travel seeks a Travel Consultant for a 5-month fixed-term, in-person assignment. You will create bookings and issue domestic tickets for FIT and group clients, ensuring accuracy of passenger names, fares, ticketing entries, baggage and seat assignments. Maintain timely billing reconciliation by monitoring unbilled tickets and preparing VPOs for supplier payments. Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to meet client expectations and resolve discrepancies. Adhere to company policies, Business Conduct Guidelines, and financial procedures while promoting operational efficiency. The role requires strong attention to detail, prompt communication, and flexibility to perform related duties as assigned.
