Job Description
DHL Philippines seeks a detail-oriented Beer, Wines & Spirits Associate to support back-end ocean freight operations in Manila. The incumbent will ensure station and country documentation complies with SOPs, meet SLAs and KPIs, operate assigned shifts and regions, and deliver timely, accurate service. The role requires collaboration with team members to share best practices, escalate operational issues, and coordinate stakeholders for clear information flow.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (logistics or management preferred)
- Experience: 0–3 years in BPO or logistics (ocean freight preferred)
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, effective English communication, ERP exposure preferred
- Attributes: Strong logical reasoning and customer-centric focus
