We are seeking an Affiliate Operations Specialist to manage affiliate partnerships, optimize commission structures, and monitor campaign performance to drive growth. Responsibilities include onboarding and supporting affiliates, reconciling payouts, analyzing KPIs and traffic sources, implementing fraud prevention measures, and coordinating with marketing and product teams.
- Qualifications: 2+ years in affiliate or performance marketing; bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
- Skills: strong analytical ability, proficiency with tracking platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, affiliate dashboards), advanced Excel, attention to detail, and clear communication.
