Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Building Maintenance Technician based on Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong City. Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. Salary: Php20,00–20,800/month.
Responsibilities include:
- Electrical work: inspections, wiring, panels, lighting, generator and elevator systems.
- Mechanical & civil maintenance: AC units, fire protection, elevator and STP systems, generator upkeep, contractor supervision, carpentry, and repainting.
- Plumbing: leak repair, roofing, toilets, faucets, and drain maintenance.
Candidates must ensure building-code compliance, maintain tools and supplies, assist tenant renovations, and demonstrate hands-on maintenance experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
