Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Pharmacy Assistant to manage cash/register transactions and deliver exceptional customer service. Key duties include screening inquiries and referring medication questions to the Pharmacist; supporting inventory and merchandising (receiving stock, returns, counts, displays, storage, and expiration checks); assisting the Pharmacist with dispensing tasks (counting, labeling); and performing clerical duties to maintain patient files and compliance records.
- Requirements: college graduate or two years of college (Pharmacy Services NC II preferred); minimum one year of related experience.
- Must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and an effective communicator.
- Available for weekends, holidays, and shift work.
Position is full-time and on-site.
