Job Description
Radix HR seeks an Assistant Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations at SM/Robinsons Pampanga. The role ensures compliance with company standards, supports sales and merchandising initiatives, coaches and leads staff, manages customer experience, and handles administrative duties such as payroll and inventory control. This full-time, in-person position requires flexibility, professional accountability, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail or food preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and MS Office skills
- Knowledge of local demographics and operational best practices
