Job Description
J-K Manpower is seeking a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Analyst in Clark, Pampanga. The position offers a starting salary of Php35,00 and requires a shifting schedule. Open to undergraduates; 1+ year of QA experience in a BPO is an advantage and fintech experience is preferred. Immediate availability is required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing test plans and test cases
- Documenting defects and tracking resolutions
- Collaborating with developers to resolve issues
- Evaluating functionality, performance, and user experience prior to release
Recruitment involves initial and final online and face-to-face interviews, followed by a job offer. This is an in-person role.
