Job Description
We are seeking a Plant Sales Supervisor to lead route sales operations, coordinate delivery salesmen and helpers, audit route performance, conduct customer visits, and oversee accounts receivable, loaned cylinders, and BIVMC gas line piping systems.
- Requirements: degree in marketing or related field; minimum 1 year sales or customer support experience with proven results.
- Skills: MS Office proficiency, excellent communication, customer focus, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Attributes: persuasive, goal-oriented, willing to travel up to 100%, and available for assignment in Pasig City or Zone 4 (San Vicente, Pamplona, Camarines Sur).
- Position: full-time, permanent; benefits include health insurance, on-site parking, paid training, and a pathway to long-term employment.
