Job Description
We are seeking a Workforce Supervisor to lead daily staffing, optimize schedules, and enhance team performance for operational efficiency. You will assign tasks, monitor KPIs, coach frontline staff, enforce safety and company policies, and coordinate with HR on staffing, training, and shift adjustments. Produce regular management reports and leverage scheduling tools and Excel to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with scheduling software and Excel; bachelor’s degree preferred
