Job Description
We are seeking an experienced International Air Cargo Coordinator to manage air freight operations. The role includes coordinating bookings, preparing air waybills and customs documentation, tracking shipments, and liaising with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities. The coordinator will ensure compliance with IATA rules, dangerous goods regulations, and company SOPs.
- Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in air freight; familiar with AWB procedures and cargo systems (e.g., CargoWise).
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office, strong communication and problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure. Fluent English required.
