Job Description

We are seeking a professional Switchboard Operator to manage incoming and outgoing internal and external calls, assist customers, monitor telephone equipment and report faults, accept and announce paging requests (codes/BAT), encode retrievable patient information, support disaster preparedness monitoring and public announcements, assist with physician clinic schedules beyond Information Desk hours, complete reports promptly, and maintain a tidy work area.

• Qualifications: Graduate of any four‑year degree; ready to start immediately; willing to work in Clark, Pampanga.
• Employment: Full-time; fresh graduates encouraged to apply; relevant experience preferred.
• Compensation: PHP 11,00–13,00; flextime; on-site at Clark Freeport Zone.
