Job Description
We are seeking a Commissary Head to oversee daily operations, production, inventory, and staff of our commissary kitchen, ensuring food safety, consistent quality, and timely distribution.
- Direct menu planning, procurement, cost control, HACCP adherence, staff training, and scheduling.
- Coordinate with vendors and distribution teams to meet deadlines and maintain standards.
- Monitor budgets, inventory, and process improvements to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years in food production management; demonstrated leadership; strong budgeting and inventory skills; knowledge of food-safety regulations (certification preferred); excellent communication and the ability to perform under pressure.
