Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist (Booking Conversion) to optimize our booking funnel and improve conversion rates. You will analyze conversion metrics, manage CRM workflows, design and execute A/B tests, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support, and deliver clear, actionable KPI reports to drive measurable booking growth through data-driven experiments and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in sales operations or growth roles
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL)
- Experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce preferred
