Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Inbound Sales Representative to manage scripted incoming calls for U.S.-based service clients (dumpster rentals, portable toilets, tree service, junk removal, pressure washing, and related services). Duties include qualifying callers, booking sales, preparing quotes, updating the CRM, and performing administrative tasks. Applicants must possess strong communication skills, quick decision-making, and confidence in guiding customers.
- Compensation: bonus-based; experienced staff report ~Php15,00/week and top performers ~Php25,00/week; paid weekly; Php20,00–Php60,00/month potential.
- Benefits: 12-month contract with OJT, in-office night shifts, night differential, PTO, vacation pay, meal allowance, attendance and health benefits, paid training, company events, pay raises, and staff meals.
- Work location: In person.
