Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Outbound Sales Agent to generate leads, conduct cold calls, qualify prospects, and close sales. Responsibilities include managing pipelines, performing timely follow-ups, maintaining accurate CRM records, and meeting weekly and monthly targets.
- Qualifications: excellent verbal communication, persuasive telephone manner, target-driven mindset, basic computer literacy, and at least one year of sales or telemarketing experience.
